What we collect

When you get in touch — through the site, by email or on WhatsApp — we keep what you send us: your name, how to reach you, and what you tell us about what you need. We use it to reply, to arrange a call, and to plan and run your care if you go ahead.

The site also uses a simple analytics tool to see which pages are visited. It does not identify you and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use it

Only to do what you have asked us to. We share your details with the practitioners we arrange for you, and with the services we use to run the site and send email. We never sell it and we never pass it on for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and afterwards only as long as we need to for legal and accounting reasons. If you would like it deleted sooner, ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@ninemoons.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
